Are these looking like potential long term injuries or just the will play this Friday or next Friday injuries?

I have no idea. Wagner and Steele both have knee issues, and we have at least one other knee issue with a center. Way things are going, it's starting to look like a very long season unless some of the young guys step up and play. Even that may not be enough.

Well Daddy Cat, I wish those young men the very best and will pray for a speedy recovery. I always hate to here of a youngster who has an injury that keeps him from playing sports during their H.S. days. These are the days you can never get back but you like to talk about all of your life. Please send McCreary Co.'s best wishes for speedy recoveries to these young men!

Just got some bad news....It looks as if Wagner's high school career is over. He went into surgery today for the clean up of the knee and found out it was worse than expected and is out for the year. Terrible news for this senior.

Sorry to hear this about Wagner, we hope he recovers fast...

We're starting to look more and more like the team that finished the year last year. Injuries this early are killing us.

I'll be praying for his speedy recovery.

I'm thinking the Cats will be ok. If the LC coaching staff straightened out the problems up front I expect the game to be extremely competitive. Also seemed like The Eagles had some problems snapping the ball out of shotgun and when punting.

I am speechless. This is a young man who has gave his all for his school and the love of the game. He worked so hard in the off season and this was his time to shine. He was a warrior on the field and the leader of this years team. I do not know what will happen friday night, my only concern is with the heart and mindset of this young man who I know is devistated.

I wish Lynn Camp all the best and hope they are at full strength for the October 24th game with the Jackets.

My prayers go out to Wagner and I wish him the best. I believe with these serious injuries that C-Ville will win by a minimum of 14 points. I predict C-Ville-35 LC-14
