Campbellsville 33 Lynn Camp 12

Featured Replies

Final.

I thought our defense would do a little better than giving up 33 but with all the injuries this is about what I expected from the offense. Come on Campbellsville give us Campers who could not make the trip some stats or details.

Game was tied at 12 apiece with 8:30 remaining in the game.

Bad luck hit the Campers during their first offensive series with Dylan Napier going down with an ankle injury. He missed the rest of the game.

Geez, what luck. Did any of the other injured come back this week? I hope they can get healthy, they can be dangerous if they do.

No,

Sidney Wagner is out eight weeks, Wesley Steele was out a week. That's both tailbacks and then the other tailback (Napier) goes out.

Jonah Mitchelle was supposed to be back under center this week, Wagner is out for atleast 8 weeks, Steele is questionable for next week. Dylan Napier was one player we could not afford to loose. I hope it is not serious.

Mitchell did throw a touchdown pass.

Who scored for Lynn Camp tonight Les? Sounds like a tough game till the final 8:30. Do you know the details on Dylans injury?

Mitchell did throw a touchdown pass.

Was it a touchdown for Lynn Camp or Campbellsville? had to ask.

Is Napier t#17, the FROSH?

Mitchell's touchdown pass was to Joe Smith and Steven Davis scored on a blocked punt to give the Campers the 6-0 lead.

Is Napier t#17, the FROSH?

Yes he is #17 ,FROSH,. He is a good back, the future of Lynn Camp.

Campbellsville had some trouble hanging onto the ball early, but righted their ship. It was a good game through the 3rd.

If we don't get some bodies back soon, it's going to get ugly. The game was still a game about halfway through the 4th, then assignments started falling apart and it seemed fatigue took us on out. I felt OK when it was an 18-12 ballgame, but then things rolled up on us. We are going with our 4th TB of the year now. Napier's ankle did not look good when I left LCHS tonight. I would say a bad sprain as of now. I cannot believe how this year is playing out injury wise for us.

What can we do to get rid of this black cloud above us?

Lynn Camp fought the entire game. It is a shame those injuries have happened. When the Camp gets their runners back, they will be a dangerous team. Big, strong and physical.

Campbellsville won the battle with speed late in the game. McCubbin broke two long runs ( 60 yds and 72 yds ) for TD's and Altman had two rushing TD's and right at 100 yds for the game. C-Ville finished the game with around 380 yards rushing. Good Luck to both teams the remainder of the season.
