Where is the pepper mill? I'm heading out in a few weeks.[/

It is on the main drag. If you leave the Paris turn right, walk past the Winn and Encore. It is on that side of the street.

Thanks, I'm staying at the Encore. I'll give it a try.

Go hungry. Let me know how you like it.

That would be a given!

Actually, I was questioning how one could "drink" peyote.

Go to Fremont Street

Get your picture taken with the million dollars at Binions

No longer there (at least the $10k bills), Becky sold it a few years ago. See all the free shows, pirate battle, Bellagio fountains, and see one of the Cirque De Seleil shows. We saw O and it was amazing but I hear they are all very good. Kind of pricey though. You can also rent dune buggies and go to the desert or take a helicopter ride down the Grand Canyon. These were all very cool.

Best advice I can give is what others have told you. Bring your walking shoes, and devote some time to just taking in the sights of the strip. Seeing both the interior and exterior of the hotels is a must, and the people watching is the best I've experienced on the planet. The strip is truely amazing and almost impossible to describe until you've seen it.

See a show. There's places to get discounted tickets on the day of shows. You won't get the top of the line shows, but can get great deals on the second tier attractions. Or pay for one of the big names, either way you won't be disappointed.

One of my favorite cheap ways to spend a night, is at a dueling piano show at Harrah's. Twin sisters, who put on a hell of a show. No cover, and if the mood strikes, you're feet from the casino. We've had a really good time every time we've stopped in.

I was just there in January. I don't know about the $10k bills, but the million dollar stack is still there.

I may be wrong, but I think kind of like a tea.:idunno:

They used to have 100 $10k bills in really cool case for years and years. Ever since Benny Binion ran it. When Becky took over she ran the place into the ground and had to sell the bills which have since been split up. You find them on ebay every once in a while. They go for about $75k a piece. I know the Horseshoe in Mississippi had $1 million dollars plastered down a hallway in $100 bills. It was pretty cool.

I always understood it that you eat the peyote buttons the way you would mushrooms, their hallucinogenic cousins.

- Hotel indoor attactions - Caesars Forum Shops and Caesars casino (even if you do not gamble). Be sure to see the statue shows in forum shops. Shops and Gondola ride at Venetian - similar to Ceasars.

- Hotel outdoor attractions - Pirate ship sinking at TI, Bellagio fountains, Mirage volcano.

- Statosphere - even if you do not do the rides at the top it is worth the trip for the view. But do not wander too far in that part of the strip.

I really enjoyed going to the Hoover Dam.

From Wiki, but only because I was afraid to click the other links from work.

The buttons are generally chewed, or boiled in water to produce a psychoactive tea. Peyote is extremely bitter and most people are nauseated before they feel the onset of the psychoactive effects

With all due respect to Johnny Carson, I did not know that. That is ... weird, wild stuff.

Party like a rock star!
