Coach Tom Crean and his IU staff really like the two Henry Clay sophomores, Trey Grundy and Jordan Green. These two kids are young and have a world of potential. There will be a lot of schools who send coaches to watch Henry Clay in the next couple of seasons. The Blue Devils have several young players with great upsides.

If I was Montgomery Co I may play with a chip on my shoulder.

IMO it will not matter; even though the region is being hosted by Montgomery Co. If you took GRC out of the mix, probably one of six or seven teams could win it.

I think Henry Clay will win.

I don't think they have any offers yet but I am almost certain they have visited Indiana, Louisville, Purdue and Tennessee. They may have an offer or two I haven't heard of but I am fairly certain about the places they have visited so far.

:lol: I have been following these boys kind of closely. I don't recall a class this loaded and talented in quite some time.

 

If anyone gets a chance to see the Louisville Magic play this summer I highly advise you to go watch them. You will not be disappointed. They are playing up this year if I am not mistaken. Truly a special group of sophomores. I believe that about Trey. He should continue to get better as well.

All three have visited UK as well but UK hasn't reached out to any of them as of yet.

They are just Sophomores, so it is really early to be getting any offers. Reason I ask, I had head that Louisville had offered both.

Louisville has offered Quinten Snider(sophomore from Ballard)who accepted it in less than 24 hours and D'Angelo Russell(sophomore formerly of Central but now at Monteverde Academy). They are both teammates of the Henry Clay trio with the Louisville Magic.

 

I am certain they will play in the State Tournament at KBA in May.
