A great comeback for the Neers that ended too early. I thought HC would be a tad better but I really liked their guard play. #2 came off the bench and scored eight very big points for the Devils. Cody did a great job tonight, they could have folded when HC went up by 15 in the third quarter.

SK had about four defenders and they allowed the guard to get past them, meanwhile the guy was wide open under the hoop.

Wasn't it Henry Clay that advanced in the regional tournament with a shot after the buzzer against Franklin Co.? Daniel Brown is a fortunate dude when it comes to last second shots.

Curious though. In the picture I don't see any red light going off on the backboard. It looks like there's a red light on the fixture, but it has yet to light.

 

Officials in real time are looking for the red light and listening for a horn, they can't possibly be looking at a scoreboard. Like to see where the ball was when the red light came on.

Tough break for the Pioneers but the kid was wide open and im guessing the Ref watching the release swallowed his whistle because of some bumpin Sat night Plans with the fellas. LOL
