January 9, 201214 yr Touche. But, in all seriousness...this is the absolute one thing about the HOF that drives me nuts. How a guy who hasn't done anything can gain votes from year to year is insane. Totally agree. I could buy in isolated instances someone has a change of heart. But this happens every year. To me you are either a HOFer or not.

January 10, 201214 yr Very happy that Larkin made it in and would have been very surprised if he didn't. Now it's time for another Red to get in that should have been in an eternity ago.
January 10, 201214 yr If Barry Larkin played in NY or Boston, he would have been in on the first ballet. The only thing that has hurt him was his durability and playing in the Midwest. I believe he would have been in sooner too.
