George Rogers Clark is the Whitaker Bank Fort Harrod Tournament Champions.

Bopper Stenzel was named MVP.

Great game.

The Cardinals are on a nice little run.

Are they the favorites in the 10th now?

Great game!!!! Says a lot about the Cards!!

GRC takes down 2 undefeated teams in Southern and Southwestern to win the tourney!

They beat a good Southwestern team. I can see the lack of chemistry on Southwestern with the new transfers and new coach. They made it to the championship game but they don't look comfortable yet. It doesn't look like Kapinga and the head coach are on the same page either.

Great job by GRC. It was a real good game.

Tournament MVP Bopper Stenzel:

I really like Bopper Stenzel.

great game, two very good defensive teams that play with alot of heart. I think southwesterns youth showed up a little late in the game, i think it was either tied or 1 advantange either way, i dont remember. Soutwestern turned the ball over i think two or three times in a row and GRC took advantange, like good teams do, and were able to pull out the win. Both teams got very tired and showed a great deal of determination, i would not want to have to beat either team to get out of their respected regions come tourney time!

Congrats to Bopper and the rest of the Cardinals.

Way to go CARDS and coaching staff!!!! Love this team, play with so much heart. Congrats to all the players on a great tourney. Congrats to Bopper on being selected the MVP. He is a super young man on and off the court. Congrats to Southwestern on their run in the tourney.

I stated back in the pre-season prediction thread that GRC would be better than most thought...they are proving in on the court with great wins over undefeated teams in Southern and Southwestern.

Wireman thanks so much for the pictures....they are awsome!!!!!!

Here's a look at David Kapinga with a buzzer beater today (end of 1st quarter):

No problem, I have a ton of pics/vids (about 300 to be exact). I'm working through them and will be posting in the next day or so.

I like the Stenzel kid a lot. I've already reached out to a couple of coaches at the next level and told them to give him a look.

I really like Bopper Stenzel.

Very under-rated player in our region.
