I believe it was a mistake in either someone typing or not listening well enough at NKy.com, as Mitts per NKy.com should have been Pitts who scored 6 and played around 25 minutes of the game! BC doesn't have a Mitts listed on their roster! Per NKy.com Mitts 3 0 6

Love this pic. Especially the older gent behind the Boone player just standing there while all that is going on around him. You know that Boone player was thinking, "Give me that ball already and let me get out of here!"

CCH won by 15. Quite a few Ts. Boone coach got a T and then a player who fouled out got 2 Ts which means the head coach was also ejected.

I heard there was some of this going on. From what I heard refs lost control, but I wasn't there. Plus, what I heard is from somebody who knows somebody so you know how that goes.

My son plays on the BC freshman team and the refs were horrible, CCH I think still would have won the game, I'm not trying to take anything away from them. But the 2 guys in strips were terrible in the JV game too. There was also a player from CCH that got T'ed up also. Not sure what he did either. Worst officiating I have ever seen in any game. I was sitting with a guy who is a ref and he said they should not even be out there.

I saw the second half of the JV game and will concur that the JV officials were weak, as in not in command, and not forceful in what they called. Neither coach seemed to be pleased.

 

Bad??? I've seen much worse. If these were the same two who called the freshmen game, I can see where it might have gotten out of control.

Sounds like the stringers at NKY.com are struggling this season. They mispelled a couple of our names last week and jacked up the point totals for a couple players.

That older gentlemen :lol: is Mr. Hartman, a teacher at CovCath and among other things, he is the Dean of Discipline. He is "The Policeman of the Crazies" meaning, if they get out of line....he puts them back into line! Actually a great guy, outstanding teacher and attends all the CovCath games.
