Good win for the tribe...any more stats?

That's an incredible stat: over 90 percent! I'm guessing Montgomery County's JV got a lot of action in this one.

Indians off to a good start!

Not sure if they did or not, but I heard the JV game was full of excitement. Anybody have details of the JV game?

Final was 51-50 Nicholas County. Montgomery County gave up 6 points at the free throw line to technical fouls. 1. player not on offical scorebook. 2. player dunking the ball during warmups. 3. player grabbing the rim after another player scored(referees ruled that basket counted).

Ouch. Bet that's costly for somebody at practice Monday!

I know that it is early but, Does Montgomery have a shot to make a run at Regionals?

Cats Pause has them at #1 to start the season... Them along with 2-3 others are legit contenders.

They're the favorite in the 10th at this point.

Regarding the JV game, a very young JV team made some silly mistakes to begin the game. Still would like to think they are at least 7 points better than Nicholas. Looks like the Indians couldn't overcome thier mental mistakes to begin the game and move past it. Hopefully they will learn from the entire experience.
