I watched the Cards again tonight. We need another weekly thread if you catch my drift...

No need for one.. No one in 1a is gonna beat this Cardinal team. They're like a fine tuned machine. Getting better every week..

Glad to hear that. Seeing the Louisville Holy Cross score has me a little worried they could spring an upset.

I thought the QB for Country day was actually not to bad. I could see where their offense might give some teams a little trouble. Having said that, they just could not handle the team speed of the Cardinals. While the Cards offense is fairly good, the defense of this team is just awesome, there are not many teams that can take the ball down the field on a controlled drive and score on this defense, at least not on a regular basis. I'll finish by saying if you beat this Cardinal team then you have a VERY good football team.

If they do, I'll tip my hat and say Great Job... I don't see it though. This team is very, very focused, confident and as fundamentally sound as you'll see...

Our JV unit played the entire second half...all 24 minutes of it. One of the best blocks I have seen all season long was thrown by Higginson on JJ's 60 yd td run...wow! Two down...three to go.
