That would be interesting. Let all the big players get their cash and play in the big markets - New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Chicago, Miami, Atlanta, Dallas, LA. Let all the stars and big money people enjoy the big money players. Then let's go with another league in the smaller markets where I could probably afford to buy a ticket to see a game or two.

 

Yea would be interesting if they did it like the do soccer in Europe.

Two 10 team leagues. Division 1 and Division 2 and teams would only play other teams in their own division. The top teams are in Division 1 and the way it would work is the bottom 2 teams in Division 1 that year would move to Division 2 the next and the top 2 teams in Division 2 would move up to Division 1. 8 teams would make the playoffs in each league. It would make almost all the games awesome and even the bottom teams would have something to play for. I would just love to see Lebron/Wade, Kobe, Durant, Dirk, Celtics, etc all playing each other 8-10 times a year. You could even have a Division 3 and have the same rules except it would be between Division 2 and Division 3.

 

Make me the commish and I'll make it happen. we will have playoff type games every game.

Posers, not the same..boycotting till the Hornets are back in Charlotte. They were my first NBA game. I had the starter jacket, LJ jersey, Zo jersey, Zo's shoes, several hats-my fave being my fitted black TOW, countless t-shirts...I even had 1 of those shiny silky looking cheesy jackets...all that gear wasted...

I'm pretty sure you don't live in Charlotte, so what's the big deal about what city they reside in? Plus, N'Awlins is an infitely cooler locale to visit than Charlotte.

For all of you "I hate the NBA and hope it stays away forever" guys....if this is the level of immaturity you want to stoop to on here I have no problems at all with being that immature. I understand arguing and playing devils advocate from time to time but some of you that I consider good respectful posters are acting funny style in this post. You can offer up insight as to why you feel this way like Jumper Dad and Rocket did or we can all act like 7 year olds. I can do both. Doesn't matter to me.

The 1 year rule is here to stay so if it does change it will be to 2 years. I don't see it happening this time around.

^A 2 year limit would only hurt UK, so from that perspective I hope it doesn't change. It would probably help the league though.
