Congratulations to Senior Football Colonels Bradley Way and Max Halpin for being selected to play in the "best of the Bluegrass" All Star game in Louisville on Sunday, December 11th at St. Xavier HS

The "Best of the Bluegrass" replaced the old East-West All-Star game last year.

The teams are split into two - One comprised of the All Stars from the Greater Louisville area and the other is made up of the All Stars from the rest of the Commonwealth.

Troy Timmerman was CovCath first participant in this game last year and he won the Defensive MVP award for having

2 int's (one for a TD) while also recovering a fumble.

Best of luck to both Bradley and Max in this game and congratulations to the rest of the team, their coaches and especially their families, who helped them achieve this great honor.

Do you have the rosters??

Sorry, no just that Max and Bradley made the team!

Was wondering, is your boy Marksberry the Head Coach of the best of the Commonwealth team? couldn't resist.

Congratulations to both players! It will be a fun 4 days as they prepare in Louisville for the game and get to know other players from across the state.

Hope they enjoy Golden Corral! (last year, every team meal for the KY players was eaten there)

Nice job guys...I know you have worked extremely hard over the last 4 years and beyond

Congrats young men. Always glad to see linemen getting some love.

Congratulations to both young men!
