Belfry's win in their first round game was a very lopsided shut out. Lawrence County battled a closer game in theirs. Who wins this one?

My heart and my vote is always with Lawrence County. With that being said even the most devoted LC fans would say that it would be an upset if we won. This coaching staff has done a very good job and these kids have worked really hard this year so I really do think we have a chance. The fact is that Belfry is just so darn good this year! They really have allot of talent and the coaching is obviously always great. Good Luck Dogs!

I hate rematches in the playoffs, especially when your team won the first game comfortably.

 

Lawrence Co has no doubt improved since the first meeting. They also came out in that first meeting and played extremely well with Belfry for a quarter. They took the first possession, drove it down the field and looked ready to score if not for a fumble deep in Belfry territory. Belfry had a long drive that they had to earn, and the first quarter ended 7-0.

 

If Lawrence can come to play with that same approach, it could be interesting.
