I am sure we threw in the first half, because we wouldn't in the second half. Gotta keep the offense crisp, regardless of opponent.

I'm not trying to be argumentative here. You seemed to have the stats available to you if you were able to tell me the game's totals and how many times we threw in the first half, so it did not seem like much to ask for to know how many times we ran in the first half.

Nope I was glad to see SK move the ball in the first series all the way to the 13 yard line. SK will be back and loaded next year. Kuntz will be the top QB in NKY next year!

 

Kuntz will have to prove he's better than Drew Barker next year.

This is not directed at any SK fan specifically, but how come everytime Trinity and Simon Kenton lace 'em up there is an SK fan complaining about something that Trinity or its fans did during the game? Its quite remarkable.

In the first half?

Let me say this. It's not a matter of Run or Pass. They could just run the ball with Dawkins as he only Had 3touches for the game with 3 TDs. He probally would have scored on every run play or they could even run jets sweeps with Quick on scored on every play. In fact passing the ball to less explosive player slow down the scoring. Trinity showed alot of class by minumizing Dawkins(2 carries 1 catch)& Quick(3 catches). The bottom line here is this game was a HUGE miss match.

Trinity this year is flat out special. We all know that. All year they played against high level competition and traveled to do so. This is the first time they play a team with a losing record, and a team that is on the down side of the normal public school talent cycle. Did anyone expect any different? Trinity scoring a whole bunch is not unclassy and Simon Kenton getting crushed by a #1 in the nation is no reason slam their kids or program. As they say, it is what it is. At least a couple in this thread can leave it at that, respect each other and congratulate.

Is this the kid that was taken off in an ambulance? I heard he had some broken ribs. Having never had broken ribs I was unaware that it was something that would require multiple nights stay in the hospital...or is there more to the injuries than that?
