October 23, 201114 yr I've alwasy been in that camp but this year I'm hoping for it. I figure it will be the only way to settle this should they shouldn't they argument. Boise wants the big boys, this year I hope they get them. That is true...I had a devilish laugh at the thought of Boise State and LSU. Maybe that is what is needed to finally get Boise State out of the BCS picture every year.
October 23, 201114 yr Anybody seen Clemson as of yet? I have three times, and they can score. # 2 true Freshman is a fast WR. They go to Georgia Tech this Saturday. Also Kansas State is undefeated and they get the Sooners this saturday who will be very mad, if I was a betting fan... I have seen them twice and while they can score I don't think they are a top 5 team. I think they'd get smashed by LSU or Bama. After this weekend there isn't any doubt in my mind that those two are the two best teams in the nation by more than we thought.

And what if they don't; many keep forgetting about the 'Bama team that was far more big, athletic, superior, etc. to Utah before and the Tide didn't know what happened to them with the turnout of that one. Between the way things have went overall, I'm sure the winner of the LSU/'Bama game are huge favorites to roll for the title and I even think that either will be very tough for anyone else to beat. However, I don't believe that anyone can be ruled out.
October 24, 201114 yr Looking like LSU and Alabama are separating themselves from the rest of the field. They've proven me wrong before, but I don't think Boise could stay within 2 TDs of the Tide or the Tigers. Agree on both counts. Oklahoma really surprised me, as I felt like they were right there with Bama/LSU. I'm not at all surprised they lost a game, but I'm a little taken back that it was this game.

The Alabama/Utah game was an aberration. Alabama mentally checked out of that season once they couldn't win it all and it was painfully obvious.
October 24, 201114 yr This is Boise's least talented team of the last few years. It would be both great and a shame if they get in this year. Great because they will get beat by 4 TD's and a shame because some of their other teams could have beaten the loser of the title game recently.
October 24, 201114 yr The best thing about the Sooners getting beat is to hear espn's First Take and Skip Bayless, should be hilarious!! Skip is an Oklahomer.

They've proven me wrong before, but I don't think Boise could stay within 2 TDs of the Tide or the Tigers. I think it is possible that nobody can stay within 2 TD's of those teams. I'll be honest. I'd be super curious to see Boise State play one of those two in the BCS Championship. We've watched just about every other conference take their crack at the SEC's top team in recent years with no success. I'd love to see how Boise State would do in that situation, if for no other reason than to end the speculation. We could see it on the field whether Boise could shock the world, or whether they would get rolled like many of us believe.
