Manual is an impressive looking team with size and athletes. Linebacker cost them 2 big penalties on first drive. Both teams gave up big pass plays at bad times. How does X not have a safety over top of number 1 on that late touchdown??!! Big mistake! I HATE excessive celebration penalties unless it is truly excessive, X's was not. Referees were "noticeable" which means poor for both teams. IMO Mattingly is very gifted and one of best in area.
