Yeah I used to hate Bellevue people, but Coach Montgomery has introduced me to some good Bellevue people over the years and I guess realized they're not bad people, but people like Dudeabides make me feel like I'm in high school again. Pretty bad a Bellevue guy can't even support one of their own. Makes me think dudeabides is not a Bellevue guy. Everywhere I have ever been they ask me how I liked to play for Coach Montgomery and I tell them and they agree what a great guy and coach he is.

I have plenty of class and common sense...I live on the proper side of O'Fallon Ave. I am just stating some facts my friends that is all. I'll just tell you this in playing at Bellevue from my 7th grade to Senior year, I only lost to Dayton (in 14 games, that's when we played twice a year and a few times in the playoffs) a total of 5 or 6 times. That's when people like Jason Skirvin played and when Ridder was coaching and Dayton had some of their best teams since the year they won a state championship.

What is the proper side of O'Fallon Avenue? I am perfectly aware that they separate Dayton and Bellevue, but I don't see many differences in regards to the way they look. I live in very close proximity to O'Fallon as well. Either way, I can agree with you about that time, Dayton was really good then.

Class and Coleman do not go together. I work with a guy who started for him. He said coleman always said "if you cant hurt and are not willing to hurt an opponent so that he cant play, then you cant play for me" That is straight out of the mouth of a former Tiger great.

That suprises the heck out of me. Find that hard to believe but sometimes guys with grudges seem to fabricate stories.

Especially since you seem to hate Chad and Charlie, but there is not a more classy family than the Rechtin's.

I agree with you about the Rechtin family, I have met all of them and know that every one of them are nice, classy, and everything else that makes quality people.

Dayton was pretty good at that time but not really compared to Beechwood. However, Ridder was a great coach. He should still be coaching somewhere.

Dayton won a state championship back in the 60's.

1966. Beechwood is at the top of Class A football. Wish them luck rest of the year. If they stay healthy it should be another title. Seem better up front than the last couple of years. I think that's why they'll give Mayfield a run this year.
