Somebody will win............we know that much.

This is the Trinity Bowl so I would think that is some motivation to win this game. That fact plus the rivalry factor makes me think this will be a close game that could go either way. SK locks up the trip with a loss since that would put them at 0-4 in the district.

I'm going with SK, not sure why, just am. Should be a good game though, at least interesting.

I couldn't think of a better description of this game. You are right on. Both teams are def. underachieving and I think that goes from coaching to players. It would be nice to see these coaches become better disciplined and to expect the same from their players. Both teams seem to be tearing themselves apart from the inside. A few bad apples can ruin the whole bushell.

Last year SK struggled in tackling Pike when he ran the ball I hope they can stop him he is a load to bring down.

This is a tough one to pick; Simon Kenton doesn't appear that they can do much, if anything on offense and Dixie doesn't seem like they can stop anyone with their defense, while the Pioneers have not been bad on defense. I don't see this as a high scoring game and won't be surprised with the score ending up 21-20 or by a margin that's barely higher.

Dixie will probably get the lead and like all the other SK games Marksberry will have SK run the ball in the third and fourth quarter as they run out of time.

Powell will go off on Dixie. He'll rack up the yards and put some points on the board. Dixie will obviously key on him, but it won't matter. Dixie needs Bruns in order to win this game IMO. If he is out, Dixie's skid continues.

I thought, as I think a lot of people did that Dixie would win 8-9 games this season; it's certainly been a disappointing season for the Colonel's.

No doubt and to add salt to the wound I hear that they are riddled with injuries now!
