Well the beginning of the "bye weeks" is upon us and I won't lie it is going to hit me pretty hard in Week 5. My top 3 WR's are all on byes...

Dez Bryant (recently traded for him)

Brandon Marshall

Anquan Boldin

So I'm looking to pick one up, here are the best available, in my mind at least. Who do you think I should pick up?

Michael Crabtree vs. Tampa Bay

Early Doucet @ Minnesota

Preston Parker @ San Francisco

Darrius Heyward-Bey @ Houston

Titus Young vs. Chicago

Jacoby Jones vs. Oakland

Crabtree jumps out and is the flashy pick, but what do you think?

And now once I pick one of them up, should they start over Nate Burleson vs. Chicago or David Nelson vs Philly (my other two already on the team)?

Jones, A Johnson is hurt and I think Jones will get the looks.

I just traded Steve Smith (Panthers) for Rivers and Best now that was a good deal.

Maybe, that depend on who your QB was and what you lave left at WR. Best is a low #1 RB right now. And Rivers is not playing like the Rivers of old lately.

MJ,

I think I'd take a shot a Jones from Houston. Parker from TB also seems to be a nice target for Freeman.

Jones is my top target on the waiver wire, but I'm second to last. Being undefeated hurts ya on the wire a little haha!

I needed a QB like Rivers and I already have Calvin Johnson, Nate Washington and Parker TB at WR. I never really been a fan of Steve Smith but Rivers and Best are players I like so I went with the deal.

Got one for ya:

Just got offered this trade

-I give up: Mark Ingram & Sidney Rice

-I get: Shonn Greene & Nate Washington

I have a stud RB in Ray Rice but I'm very weak at RB2. I've been playing Ingram but he hasn't developed like I'd hoped. My other RBs are Brandon Jacobs and Michael Bush, neither of which are starters. The WRs in the deal are totally irrelevant to me as my other 3 WRs are Mike Wallace, Dez Bryant, and Julio Jones, all of which I consider good to go. This trade was his response to me offering Sidney Rice for Shonn Greene straight up.

The "from this point forward" rankings I've been looking at indicate Greene as a superior player from this point forward, but I'd like to get the thoughts of BGP on it. I think Ingram is more of a talent but something is missing there. Something's missing in New York too as Greene hasn't exactly set the world on fire. Also, while I truly don't care about the WRs, I don't want to hand him a great deal there either. Though, to be honest, I think I'm getting the better of it.

What say you?

Tried for Jones...wound up with Michael Crabtree. Not a bad alternative, especially since I'm probably only playin him this week.

What say you?

Since Sidney Rice would probably only be a bye week player for you (I don't see him putting up Fantasy numbers with Tavaris Jackson as his QB, my roommate argues that with me all the time) then I think I would make it. Also if the Jets realize they need to get back to the running game more, Shonn Green becomes much more valuable.

The way I look at it. Shonn Green should outscore Mark Ingram, and has the potential to do it by quite a few. Sidney Rice will probably outscore Nate Washington, but probably not by two much, especially if Hassleback stays hot. I like having strong RB's more than WR's...

I'd do it.

How about this deal?

I give up Calvin Johnson and Darrin Sproles

I get Matt Forte and Mike Williams

I'm extremely biased towards Matt Forte because I have him in a keeper league that we just started this year and I'm thrilled about it. He's honestly one of the most consistent fantasy producers in the game because if he isn't doing it on the ground, he's getting points from the passing game. I love the guy.

I honestly think that is a pretty fair trade either way, assuming you mean Mike Williams (TB), even though he hasn't really gotten it done yet this year. Without knowing the rest of the dynamics of your team, I'd probably take it. Once again, I'm biased towards Forte, and would much rather have strong RBs.

Bye weeks are killing my WR's this week, so don't laugh but...

Pick one...

David Nelson vs. Philly

Nate Burleson vs. Chicago on MNF

ESPN has Nelson projected to get 10.9 vs Burleson's 6.1, but I don't put a lot of stock in those projections.
