September 20, 201115 yr I'd probably decline if I was you. I'd rather have a little depth at RB. Not sure if CJ is going to remember how to play football. And nice to have someone in case of injury. I was thinking the same thing, plus both those guys will just sit on my bench.
September 20, 201115 yr MJD - 15 & 9 Bradshaw - 11 & 9 Not sure how Bradshaw has flopped. Flop was definitely harsh. Guess I was expecting bigger numbers out of him then that. MJD has struggled a little but Jax is just plain awful and until they become a passing threat I don't think he will struggle. Right now I am 2-0 but only because of Tom Brady. Who would you go with out of all of those?

Who would you go with out of all of those? Well, I'd never bench MJD. I read that this is the best 2 game start of his career. He usually starts slow and then heats up in the middle of the year. Hopefully, that continues. Personally, I'd go with Tolbert. The Chiefs defense has been terrible and Tolbert is in a fairly even split with Matthews in San Diego. Bradshaw has a tough matchup against Philly, the Giants don't seem committed to running the football, and they'll likely need to score some points to keep up with Philly this week (unless Vick is out). If Vick is out, I think that could boost his value. I would consider starting him anyway actually. He's a pretty good back that can break a big one at any time. I'm just guessing that the Chargers will spend a lot of time in the Chiefs red zone, so Tolbert will likely get some scoring opportunities and the first week proved that he's just as much a threat in the passing game. Kevin Gilbride hurts Bradshaw's value, IMO. I think his numbers would be better if they'd be more committed to him and the running game. They claim they're going to be, so we'll see. He and Jacobs combined for 31 so that's a start. Unfortunately, a 50/50 split isn't what I want. Bradshaw is the better back and should get more touches, IMO.
September 20, 201115 yr What does everyone think of this trade proposal? I get: WR - Vincent Jackson I give: RB - Jahvid Best WR - Mario Manningham Who are your WR's? What is the lineup options in your league? 2 RB, 3 WR...2 RB, 2 WR and a flex? It's hard to judge the trade otherwise. With no further information, I wouldn't do it. Manningham should have a pretty strong year, so I'm not sure how much you'll gain at WR, and you're throwing in a back that could score double digit points on a weekly basis.

Other parts of my team: I would trade Eli Manning and Mike Williams (TB) for Tony Romo and Robert Meachem. I think I like the trade because I get any upgrade at QB and I still have 4 solid WR's. Even if he doesn't, Orton and Grossman will likely give you similar to any combo that would include Manning. As far as Romo goes, the injuries to his supporting talent is more concerning to me. Every single one of his elite weapons is dinged up to varying degrees.

Someone else in the league has the exact opposite problem and has offered me a trade: Matt Forte and Kyle Orton for Cam Newton and J. Stewart. I feel like it's too good to be true. What say you?
