Bowling Green confidence level?

Featured Replies

This is a good resource to look at as far as starters. They platoon by default, though there are a couple of exceptions they will make as needed, but that's only for a few plays here and there.

This is their printable roster for those who are interested.

But to sum up their classes for you:

Offensive Starters - 8 Seniors, 1 Junior (Lineman), 2 Sophomores (WR and Lineman)

Defensive Starters - 10 Seniors, 1 Sophomore (Linebacker)

The defensive sophomore starter is Lincoln Quick who was mentioned as one of the top sophomores in the state. The sophomore WR starter is Nacarius Fant who should've been mentioned in that same article.

He is a heck of a receiver. I enjoyed watching him put on a show against Henry Clay. Very impressive. I had no idea he was a sophomore. Wow.

Anyone have the 5A bracket?

Hopefully, BG and JH are opposite. That would be a heck of a final.

Of course, Bowling Green has to get by Warren Central first, and it's been a couple of years since they've managed that.

They would meet in the semifinals.

So true...I mentioned that on facebook after BG beat St. X and it made a buddy of mine(former player) mad. He thought I was belittling the win when I said...."great win....now let's beat Central in November"....I think he was drunk though.:lol:
