UK fball fan Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 Graves must be thinking "What the heck do we have to do to get a win" after this weeks and last weeks games..
Mayfieldsportsfan Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 Tilghman goes for two to win it.
westsider Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 Tilghman had several starters out ... a couple of linebackers, the quarterback and another pretty good athlete that plays on both offense and defense.
TRENCHMASTER Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 sounds like both sides played with great effort. Good luck to both teams the rest of the season.
Toothpick Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 6 starters out for the Blue Tornado and a couple of them went both ways. PT better get healthy quick or Randy Wyatt may find himself fighting for his job
Darkwing Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 This is amazing. Tilghman is 3A favorite. They'll be okay.
westsider Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 Tilghman isn't the 3A favorite ... that title belongs to Central. Tilghman should be get to the semifinals, and then either Central or Bell County would have to come to Paducah.

Bell County...are you kidding me? After the destruction of Lone Oak, 3A is PT's to lose, period. 3A is dishwater weak anyway.

The Tilghman-Lone Oak game was an anomaly, given that Lone Oak lost two of their best players two days before the game and all the publicity that went with it. Central "squeaked by" a team that is ranked in the 6A polls and lost by three points to Manual. I guess I'm more impressed by that than you are.
FalconBacker Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 It is the same story with PT every year. Yes they have the talent, but will they all show-up and play together?

I agree, Central defending class 3A champion, plays top notch competition.
