I was told he was at the field this past weekend with Zeke and Goose getting the system down and running routes. I seen him and Goose talking after practice and it looked like Goose was going over some things with him, then them three walked off together. I heard the rumor Friday night at the game that he was going to play. Left work early today to stop up and see for myself. It's true, he's out there with them. I believe there's a state rule about having to put so many practices in before a kid can play. Anybody?

I'm not sure about a state rule, but I'm guessing he won't be playing in games the first few weeks.

I believe that there is a state rule about amount of practice before being able to get into full pads, but I'm not sure about after that.

Way too many unknowns on both sides for me to have a prediction, especially with Pike sitting and Cohorn at QB instead of WR. Good skills players on both sides but I have no clue on how the line play looks for both. That will tell the tale. If anyone wins by 2 TD's or more, I would think it would be Dixie. I think it will be a close hard fought game but who knows. It could come down to Q4 and which team is better conditioned. I will be really interested in seeing the score.
