This will be the first game of the PBK Bank Death Valley Bowl double-header. Danville leads the 22 game series 20 games to 2 (one of those Lincoln County wins was a forfeit that Danville actually won on the field 41-0). This has been a lopsided series that is being renewed for the first time since 2004.

 

Danville seems loaded to me with some real football players on the team and Coach Harp seems pretty happy with the way the young team is coming around. This one COULD turn into a classic Danville/Lincoln County blowout if Coach Settles and Lincoln County can't find a solution to Danville's speed and athleticism.

I wonder if Lincoln Co. has any speed this year? Danville secondary and LB's look fast on defense, on offense the backs and receivers have good speed.

They do have a player with an arm injury, he plays running back. He will be missed but I don't think he is Danville's best player.

If LCHS does not buy into name it could be a good game. LCHS has a solid squad but I still favor Danville.

I have no idea what the final will be. But I'd like to wish both teams luck!

I'm hearing that two out of the three transfers they got are D-1 prospects (lineman and WR)...if so this could be a return to dominance for the Ads!
