He is a 6'0" super quick point guard. Plays AAU with Kentucky Elite and has played some with Kentucky Select this spring. Fox was probably going to be the best or one of the top 2 point guards in the 13th region this coming year.

So which is it? Both you guys normally have solid posts with good information on AAU ball. Has the Fox kid played ball with Hatton and the boys at all or not?

 

It seems that there are a lot of rumors circulating about many of these KY ELITE boys all coming together in Kenton Co to play for the Colonels.

 

If Dixie ends up having this kid be their PG along with Hatton and possibly McCormick. Throw in 6'5 Stansberry and Pike and they shouldnt lose to anyone in the 9th Region.

He played in one tourney with them in Bloomington IN. Only one. At the State AAU tourney he was with KY Elite.

He told Ky Elite the weekend after he played in Bloomington he was probably going to Dixie. He had made a commitment to Ky Elite during the spring. He will be playing with Ky Select in July. He may play one tournament with Ky Elite in July.

I guess the big question for me now is will Pike stay at Dixie to try and win the Sweet Sixteen? A month ago, I would have put the odds at 70-30 in favor of him leaving in December. Now, I would say it is 50-50. If he leaves, what does Dixie look like on the interior? I think he is a huge part of them having a chance to win it next year.

Sounds like the real estate market at least in Edgewood is strong??

You are correct VOR. Pike would be vital to any Sweet Sixteen run Dixie would make....that being said, I think there is a VERY good chance you'll see him play his final year on the hardwood.

Its funny I seen this Thread but I was leaving my friends house up in Edgewood and seen a family moving into a house and the kid at the house looked like a athletic PG.

If they are going to do it they better try this season because after this year the Colonels will lack size on the post.
