Should I assume the game is cancelled?

Thursday night at Champion Windows Field now?

Anyone?

Thursady 7:00 p.m. @ Champion Window

Is this the seed game??

Yes it is

What seed games still need to be played by each of the teams in the district?

What seed games still need to be played by each of the teams in the district?

CCH still needs to play HC and BW.

I think BW and HC had their seed game suspended in about the 4th inning.

Should be a real nice afternoon/evening of baseball as the first game on Thursday at the Florence Freedom complex will pit the Rebels of Boone County vs. The Panthers of Cincinnati Elder.

That game is slated to start @ 5pm.

Then under the lights the Colonels of Covington Catholic host The Indians of Holy Cross District High School in their 35th District Seeding game @ Florence Freedom. The game is slated to start at 7pm but my guess is, the game will start a little later.

CovCath is 1-0 in the 35th District Seeding games after defeating Covington Holmes back on April 14th by a score of 6-1. Holy Cross has yet to complete a District Seeding game nor has Beechwood completed a game while Covington Holmes is 0-1.

Even the weather forecast is favorable for Thursday so come on out to watch some outstanding HS baseball at a outstanding venue to watch a ball game.

Thursday: Areas of frost before 9am. Otherwise, sunny, with a high near 64. Calm wind becoming south between 5 and 8 mph.

Thursday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 47. South wind between 3 and 6 mph.

From reading the KHSAA scoreboard web site the Boone County vs. Cincinnati Elder game is scheduled to at 5:30pm, so.........

Holy Cross is 1-0 in seed play. Beat Holmes 13-0 last Friday!

Who are the likely pitchers in this one?

Ritter or Fuller for HC for sure.

This I'll go, Just to see TOG LOL.

My guess is we'll see the thin lefty on the mound for CCH.

The Freedom will no longer sell beer at any HS game because Beechwood requested it.

The Tigers are killing us. A cold beer and and a hot dog what a combination. The amount of rain we have had; 9th region fans should bow down to Freedom and play all day Saturday and Sundays to catch up. Thanks Mr. and Mrs. Freedom.
