March 23, 201115 yr The winds were intense in Independence. Garbage cans were airborne, flying down the street. It's the first time I've ever felt my house shake. We had some pea size hail too.
March 23, 201115 yr It got nasty for a while, but it's almost through NKY now. It was worse in the southern parts of the three counties.
March 23, 201115 yr I was walking from ST on NKU's campus to the dorms when this started. I got drilled with hail and the winds.:irked: means you walked right by me, I walked out to my car by the science building and moved it over to ST bc that's where my last class is. This was right as it started to sprinkle and I started my car when the warning sirens located on campus started going, not the ones in Wilder.
