I didn't expect any 9th region team to get by the first round anyway.

Never know.. With a draw of the 15th or 16th region I could see Dixie, NCC, or Holmes winning that one. 11th Region though.. Not so much.

I don't think this is as bad of a match up as some of you are thinking.

 

Obviously there is going to be a very good team come out of that region (Tates Creek, Henry Clay, Lexcath) but I like Dixie, Boone, or Newcath's chances against any one of those three.

Holmes lost to Scott Co over the summer 94-86 in a game like scrimmage.

 

Covcath has already beaten Henry Clay by 10.

 

Dixie can play with anyone in the state, IMO.

 

With Geisler, anything is possible for Newcath.

 

Again, this is a "tough" matchup, but definetly a winnable match up. I'm more worried about getting past the first round and then having to play Christian Co.

I think it will likely be Tates Creek and if you stop Fucci and Barksdale you win. Dixie would have the best chance imo.
