How do you spell dysfunctional?

So who will be playing for Lafayette tomorrow night against Mason County? Will Napier and Davis be playing?

Napier quit the team....Davis was involved in the fight on the floor with a teammate last night.....probably won't matter with him, he'll be starting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How are their JV nikeman? Do any of those freshman that are getting varsity playing time also start JV?

No......just varsity.....makes no sense any way you look at it.........

3 - 2 - 1. Closing shortly

Coldiron treats players differently....just ask Yarbrough and Napier....senseless act and everyone involved in the program knows that is a fact!

Talked to three people close to the program that disagree with you 100 percent.

How did Davis play last night?

Who was it.....his three assistant coaches???????

Coldiron is a very tough and demanding Coach. I know this firsthand. If you lay down on him or don't give full effort then you can forget playing. I don't know anything about the situation up there, but I have to agree with Plato to an extent. Unless you are there every day, there is no way to know.

Correct! But at least this thread is more civilized than others, where someone is just showing displeasure and disagreement in the coaching.

But, people have mentioned leadership from the coaches, how is the leadership with the players on the team? Are there any players who are stepping up and taking a leadership role? If players are having to be separated by law enforcement at first glance their seems to be issues with players.

I do not follow Lafayette so I do know what's going on down there, but they did pick up a good win Vs Mason. Sometimes a coach cannot control everything a kid does or does not do, at times the parents must step in and get/make the kid to listen. We seen that last year at this time when a player from a certain school (and going to USC) walked off the court and quit, and the parents did nothing about it. Sometimes parents let their kids do whatever they want. Coaches need the support of the parents with some players. Again, not saying this has anything to do with this situation.
