gchs_uk9
Here's a better idea for Mom: Tell her kids no. I know that is radical but it works. That's dumb. Pay up, McDonalds. Just kidding!
ColonelCrazy
Does McDonald's offer the toys for sale without buying a happy meal? I'd guess so but don't know.

woodsrider
What is she going to do when her kids have friends and the friends want them to do something she doesn't like? Sue the friends? No doubt.
MNCM
Imagine - using toys to market to children. What was McDonalds thinking?? "Jacobson compared the tactics to tobacco companies marketing to kids with things like Joe Camel. "In this instance, McDonald's is worse. They are going straight at little kids. The company is using unfair techniques to persuade the kids to persuade the parents to go to McDonald's. Tobacco companies don't go after 3 year-olds. Neither does Coca Cola or Pepsi." What's next? Going after Wii for the kids not doing thier homework?

ThrillVille Cardinal51
Me next. I think i'll sue Toys R Us for targeting my younger siblings. People like this shouldn't be allowed to reproduce.
marvel
In San Fran they already banned toys at McDonalds. This lawsuit really does not surprise me. I see nothing different from the lady trying to sue and the government saying that MacD's cannot put toys in their Happy Meals.
marvel
The kids have to learn of these toys in some form of advertisement, either on the radio, or TV...probability its the TV. So my suggestion to this lady is limit her kids TV time and make them play outside.
