I was very impressed with their 1st half aginst Dixie as they shot the lights out.

They run the ball well also.

Great job by the Camels. Lots of credit to Coach Russell IMO (and players of course). He has a great style and approach that really seems to get kids to play their very best. Not sure the old CCHS staff wins this game. Congrats to the Humpers!!

What's wrong with giving credit where credit is due? It is a fact that the old style Camel ball would not have put up 83 on Boone. And, the Camels would not have won this game last year IMVHO. I gave credit to the current players.

I got the chance to see the 2nd half of this game and it seemed the Boone Co. was simply out matched. The camels played hard and smart basketball. The coach seems to be doing a great job getting his team ready for their games. Let's keep it going Camels!!!

Wow this is a huge shot in the arm for the Camels. Nice to see McGovney coming into his own and playing with confidence. Its also nice to see the Losey kid back and firing away. Sounds like thecoaching change could have been what the program needed. They are obviously playing more transition hoops and scoring more points.

I don't think Boone will see a class come through like the 2010 class for quite sometime. Several of them played 3 to 4 years. That said I think Boone has a great shot to win the 9th region this year.
