Except Manning is a top 5 all timer. Carson isn't. What it shows to me is if you don't have time and/or the lead you make bad throws no matter how good you are. Manning and Palmer are on far different levels and he still makes bad throws. Also Palmer has played some pretty good games and some pretty bad ones. Manning has played some bad ones as well.

The point is that a quarterback can only do so much. As a QB, you have to rely on your offensive line to give you time and your WR's to run the proper routes & make plays. When one of the three fails, things go bad. When all three fail, you look like an idiot.

On a side not Manning threw another pick in OT for his 4th of the game and another home loss where he threw 2 pick 6's. We're talking about potentially the greatest of all time here. If we're keeping a running count I believe that's 11 int's and 4 pick 6's in the last 3 games. If the guy from Stanford isn't available is the guy from Arkansas going to possibly be there?

Wow let's compare a guy's worst 4 game stretch of a career to a guy who has underperformed for the last few seasons. I'm sure if you look back far enough you could find a four game stretch where Michael Jordan played like Mitch Richmond too while you're at it :lol:.
