But I also know MJ really thinks it. :lol: This is the team everyone thought they would be. They have two of the top three players in the game and there are too many bad teams in the NBA for them not to find their rhythm.
December 20, 201015 yr The schedule has been pretty light during the Heat's recent streak. That said, they are certainly playing much better. I think most people figured this team would go on a run at some point. I'm interested to see how they play against some of the elite teams in the league now that they've strung together some wins and gained some confidence. The Christmas Day game against the Lakers is much more intriguing than it would have been a month ago, IMO.

They've played 4 teams with a winning record during this 12-game streak. Atlanta, Utah, New Orleans and New York. The combined record of the other 8 victims is 61-147 (.293). To be fair though, they beat the winning teams by nearly 15 ppg, with the closest game being 12 points.

No. Utah? No. I could put up 20 on the Knicks. The wins against Utah and New Orleans were redemption wins though. When they catch their stride - which they potentially may have - only a handful of teams will be able to beat them. Which is what most expected. I am pumped for the Christmas game. The Lakers roster is built to take on the Heat.
