None in 1A. For the first time in awhile, the only remaining teams were #1 seeds. Should make for some interesting matchups this week.

That is pretty amazing.

Christian County is the only #4 seed left.

Boone County is the only #3 seed left.

And that is after just two rounds. One could argue reducing the playoffs by one round based on this data.

It is an argument for it, but is it not an argument against a reduction that a #4 seed has an excellent chance of being in the state semifinals? Warren Central is considered by some to be an underdog in this game.
