From what I heard from people at the game SK was lucky to keep it close.

I'm actually surprised this game was as lopsided as the score indicated. As far as future rematches, playoffs, etc. are concerned, Simon Kenton has potential to beat Ryle, Trinity though, not a chance. Trinity is on a completely different level than anyone else in NKY 6A as nearly always.

Yeah, you guys beat another bad team. Sure is getting you ready for the playoffs.

 

I know SK should be angry at the KHSAA for making them play such bad competition since they had no choice in playing Campbell County as opposed to a team that will "prepare them for the playoffs", which I'm assuming is what you're insinuating, otherwise that's just a dumb post.......

Not to sounds brash, but there's not one. CC's long plays came when the starting safety was out, once against the second sting safety and another time against the JV defense. I'm not sure if CC can't run the ball at all but they definitely couldn't against SK. So take that for what it's worth, but I know going into this game all I'd heard about was CC's pass attack.

You're welcome, I really can't give much info because of how lopsided the game was. SK was up 36-0 with like 5-6 minutes left in the 2nd quarter, that kind of score really changes the complexion of a game. I will say this if you give their QB Kremer some time to throw he's very accurate and he's got two very good receivers that run good routes and do a good job of getting free from the defense. During the 1st quarter although CC didn't really make it past midfield they would often do a great job the first few plays of a series. The Camels also had some very aggressive LB's that seemed to move well, small meaty players up on the D line as well. Over all I'd say Campbell County is a decent team but if this GRC team is anything like the past few season then I'd think you guy should fare well.
