Drove by the field today. Looks great. Noticed the scoreboard was not perpendicular to the stands. Kinda on an angle? Was it just my Vision from the hwy or is there a reason for this?

Since it is close to the west end zone, it may be turned a bit to make for easier viewing.

Great stadium that's long overdue. It should've been built when the school was first built. Anyone talking trash about it is just jealous.

I like the scoreboard having track and soccer categories too. I bet they have to sell a few burgers to pay for that thing.

Finally got to drive by and see it in person. Awesome!, just Awesome. Congrats to the Campbell Co kids, parents and fans.

The scoreboard is facing the press box, so yes it is on an angle.

It looks great. It is big and bold the Jumbotron is a nice touch. Advertisers will be lining up to advertise on the big TV.

That is what my question was going to be...Will it be used to show the game on the jumbo tron or just for advertisements? Harlan County has a Jumbotron and they actually show the game live on there and also replays. It would be great if Campbell county used it the same way Harlan Co. Uses theirs. They also have advertisements up there between plays.

I was told by the Athletic Director, that they will play the game live, local advertisements and past game highlights. but the KHSAA has a rule that they can not do same day game replay. If anyone knows if this is true let me know. I thought I had seen at another venue the home team did instant replay on a couple of plays. I could be wrong.

I believe you are correct on same game replays. When I said replay I meant replay of past games not instant replay. Sorry should of been more clear. I think it would be cool if they had video of past hits and great plays as far back as they could go. Kind of a motivational video.

I don't know the ruling, but I could of sworn that Harlan Co. in the playoff game last year against Cooper showed replays during the game.

In the past the same day replay rule was for play off games, not sure when or if the regular season rule changed.
