So who ranks the ranking systems? How does one know which is good and which isn't? Is there much difference in 30 and 47? Are we nitpicking here? Can we agree the kid is one of the top big men in the country?

 

I know the difference because I see the same kids with my own eyes all spring and summer. ESPN is always way off base in their rankings. Chandler is a top 30 talent with a 200 level motor and attitude...

BCS schools can't take partial qualifiers. The A10 allows it and X is taking advantage of it. Still doesn't exactly fit with the image they put out there, and if you don't see that your head is in the sand. If a BCS program takes a chance on a sure fire partial qualifier, they wasted a spot. Point blank, and no way around it...

Is the sin taking the partial qualifier and having him graduate or is the sin taking the qualifier and then getting 4 years out of him on the court and then saying "best wishes?"

No I'll say they skated another kid through to pad the stats. That's if he does graduate of course, or if they slide him out of the equation if he moves on before graduation.
