Looks as if this past weekend's win in Louisville put to rest any doubt that the team is running on all cylinders with no competitive steam lost by playing the weaker teams like Beechwood and Boone. Without going into details' date=' [b']it seems that the question mark right now surrounds their senior leadership[/b]. Only time will tell....

Is this a question mark for you, because I don't believe it is for the team? There is plenty of senior leadership on this team, and the success of this team doesn't rely solely on any one of the seniors.

A leader is someone that is respected and admired by others b/c of their work ethic, values, and desire to be the best they can be on and off the field. Respect is earned. One can argue that their are many leaders on this team but I tend to disagree with the multiple leader philosophy. Sure, there may be a few guys that encourage, admonish, and provide direction, but to have a Drew Brees type character on the team would go a long way in quelling any behavior that does not support the team. I'm sure the kids are incredibly focused and driven toward being the best they can be on and off the field. They have certainly displayed alot of focus as of late. It's that kind of leadership and discipline that will secure another title for Highlands.

If you know as much about this team as you pretend, then you know there is plenty of leadership on this team that fits your description. If you have any question about who the leaders are, go ask a few players. I guarantee they will give you a consistent answer, and there won't be a lot of ambiguity.

Nah, I think I'm going to let this one go.....I did however learn a seventh lesson from this thread; Bird fans are more protective than a mother bear with cubs.

Seriously, how many shots can one guy give? It really is getting old. Funny how some have changed their attacks on the team and program.

About the topic, I will give you my grade after Dec. 3rd. Oh what the heck, A+!!!
