September 25, 201015 yr At the end of the 5th, I decided to pause the game & go get some Whitey's. I came back, and as I was eating we got manufactured a run yet hardly got the ball out if the infield. You're welcome, and I think I need to get Whitey's more often.
September 25, 201015 yr No kidding, I was just getting ready to compliment him for the way he is hitting recently. In his last 40 games, he has batted .298/.373/.525 with nine doubles, seven homers and 23 RBIs.
September 25, 201015 yr Would it make more sense for the Reds to actually lose this game? That would increase our chances of facing a team out of the NL West as opposed to the Phillies. ATL lost tonight, so an SD win would put SD 1/2 game up.

September 25, 201015 yr Author Danley is awful. They have two of the worst umps in the game on the same crew. C. B. Buckner is the absolute worst.
September 25, 201015 yr Author This little punk coming up always hurts the Reds in these situations it seem like.

September 25, 201015 yr We need the Braves to win the Wild Card. If the Braves win the Wildcard, we'd have to beat out the NL West Champs for 2nd best record in order to avoid Philly in the 1st round. If NL West team wins the wildcard, we'd play an NL West team in the 1st round.
