Anyone played it yet?

 

I wasn't really impressed with the beta that came out, seems like they changed to much in the game.

I want to go buy it but I guess I am going to wait till I get Live back. I don't have a cord long enough to reach and don't want to buy wireless.

I'd buy it but I have too much to focus on with school work right now that it wouldn't be good for my GPA. I'll try and hold off for a month.

I felt like you, then got my first exam back and first assignment in another class, got an A in both soooooooo I bought it yesterday. Needless to say I just got done playing and have class in 6 hours. It's fun. I think I'm going to get into it, kinda makes me wish the next COD wasn't coming out so soon because it made me realize how much I miss Halo and now I want to play alot but I know my time is limited.

I'm having fun with it. Best thing about the online play, atleast thus far is the connection. On COD we'd been having issues lately, hopped on Halo and had nothing but full green party the entired game, I wish activision could figure out how bungie did it because it's great, atleast as of right now.

I miss Halo so much, but all my buddies want to play is COD. I just can't make myself play a game by myself.

 

It's a shame too, because I always liked Halo more and MW2 was a real letdown compared to COD4, the only truly great game in the franchise.

I love the Moder Warfares, but Halo was my first true love as an Xbox first person shooter.

Probably buy it tomorrow if I can get my internet set up right.

anyone fork over $399 to buy the new limited edition Halo Xbox 360 S.

 

It comes with the new Xbox 360 S 250GB ($299), Legendary Edition Halo ($?) 2 wireless controllers (wireless controller $49 or $59) plus a headset ($20) overall it's a good deal but it's steep.

 

 

The design is awesome though.

It's a lot smoother than Halo 3. It's awesome thus far. The level up system is great as well.

I'm thinking about coming out of 360 retirement but I just cant bring myself to do it. MW2 killed me with disappointment and basically turned me off of xbox. I might come back in a couple weeks if not, the countdown til GoW3 has begun :lol:.
