I'm not saying its a clear case, but I'm saying they've had all the information for a while. This is not a developing situation.

Nor is Cam Newton, we are just now being made aware of it. Who cares though? The point is the NCAA is severely understaffed when it comes to all things eligibility and it is not fair to any party involved.

I totally agree on the second point. The comparison to Newton nonexistent and irrelevant.

I imagine we can move past this thread now.
