I would hope you wouldn't need to use profanity in front of elderly people. That would really speak volumes about you if you you did. Same for in front of women you don't know or kids. I'll tell you, UKMF, if you were using out of control foul language in front of my wife I wouldn't be asking you nicely. There's no excuse for that.

The cursing issue is why many families cannot or will not bring their children to NFL games.

 

Sadly enough just about any game where alcohol is served is not going to be a place for a child, however alot of stadiums are recognizing this and organizing family area's or family days which is great because it's sad that kids can't enjoy a game because of how some people act after a few beers.

He himself has said he cusses, so I'd venture a guess he's at least in rare instances, cussed in front of, if not at them. Amazing how it's not a "thumpable" offense then...

I'm respectful of others unlike some. If I cuss in ear shot of a woman or a kid without realizing it, I quickly apologize for it without anyone having to say anything to me first. It's called respect for others, some people should try it.

:thumb: I can't think of any instance that would cause me to use physical violence towards someone outside of them threatening me to the point I felt I was in danger of physical harm. If that makes me less of a man, than so be it. I think it's just the opposite, but that's just me. :idunno:

Words have no power? Really? :lol: Words are more powerful than you let on. The way you carry yourself in front of others speaks to your character, if you're of poor character it'll come through quickly in the language you choose to use with disregard to others.

We're talking about foul language in public though, in front of strangers kids or wives. The way some young punks cuss in public is ridiculous. I find it pathetic that you defend it.

It seems as though the woman got upset and crossed the line, slapped the guy, he made a scene of it, which embarrased her further, and then we saw the escelation from there. I think it's laughable that he's a "young punk" for drawing attention to a situation where the lady was the one who was out of line. Perhaps he should've gotten security, but he didn't, doesn't mean that couple had a right to physically assualt him TWICE.

I'm not defending what he did. Our laws and justice system do an adequate job of that. I'm simply pointing out how insane your and other's theory of, "the woman and man were completely in the right and did nothing wrong", is.

I'm still trying to figure out how it is acceptable for them to assault the guy for being a jerk. If that was a right people would be getting beat up everyday. I know a couple of guys that RTS and Clyde can go take care of right now for me. I hear them cussing in front of kids and women as we speak.:taz:

No way we will ever no for sure. 25 years from now when you are married with children maybe even grand children. My guess is your opinion will have changed quite a bit...

 

I have both and it doesn't change my opinion. The old man and his "daughter" were wrong. Why get all worked up when you can simply walk down to a security guard and ask him to intervene.
