I guess they should have at least bothered to answer the lawsuit. bye bye dirty the world will be a little bit better of a place without you.

No chance she sees anywhere near that total.

I didn't think so...that's ridiculous.

I'd let that website say it about me for about 100,000 and wouldn't lose any sleep over it lol.

True! I had a suit against someone about 5 years ago, if you fail to appear or even respond to the court order, you lose automatically and you get awarded the amount you are seeking.

The person in my case did not even respond to the court letter that they lost, I decided to wait to do anything about it. They get notified right away as well the penalties if they don't pay up, and if they fail to make payments you have 15 years to go after them. After talking to the attorney, I am waiting until it's been 14 years then go after them for the non-payment on the judgement, it has like a 25% interests rate per year!

I mention this case as to show, if you are getting sued, you better appear! or at least respond! You can sue for any amount and if the other party fails to appear you win without saying a word in court, the cheerleader won't get that much, she will get something, but it will put the site out of business, and it will follow the owners around for a while, so she wins on that too.

This is not the only complaint against thedirty.com

It won't be long until it's down.

Did anyone else ever have a teacher that looked anywhere near that good? It would appear that unfortunately I missed out on the whole "hot for teacher" experience...

I highly doubt she'll see much of the money but I hope she does. I've known her and her family since before we were in elementry school they're all great people and it's a shame this website tried to say otherwise.

How does one go about deciding how much someone's reputation is worth anyway?

Well hats off to you, good sir

We did have a substitute teacher that was Italian and very attractive but only on occasion. Now my junior english teacher was pretty attractive, I would pretty much openly hit on her in class just to give her a hard time. Then they had an open house and we met her husband, he kinda looked like Julious Peppers twin, and I quickly changed my tune in English class.

Well hats off to you, good sir

I am not sure if Guru had her class as we were a couple of years apart. But she was a former Highlands cheerleader in her early 20's.
