August 30, 201016 yr It was just a clerical error I don't think it was the lawyers fault. How so? Shouldn't Deters have thought it was funny that they weren't even defending themselves. I'm not sure the reason she sued, but I saw the original post and it said her boyfriend cheated on her and she probably had a couple diseases. How does she plan on winning anything against thedirty.com? I feel bad for her, but I don't think her fiance wants all of this to go down in court?
