The point of the thread is that Obama can claim things as campaign promises he's delievered on. Simply is not the case with Iraq.

Obviously the latter of the two which is why I am not in favor of any future leader campaigning on when troops will be withdrawn from areas of combat. It should not be a campaign talking point at all.
