Apparently Marshall was really stuffed in their scrimmage with Trigg and with the Mayfield D looking to show they are stronger this year, the Orange may have problems scoring until very late.

In most cases, a 6A school should handle a 1A school. This one will not even be close.

Sounds like a pretty close guess to me.

If Mayfield does not roll then alot of folks will have to be concerned, 42-7 sounds about right to me

No love being shown to Marshall County who will win this one by 3.

I don't think it'll be as big a blowout as many think. I do think Mayfield will handle them, but, it's not easy for a 1a team to blow out a 6a team regardless of what teams they are. Marshall was bad last year, but, also played a ton of underclassmen, so, they will be improved and still dress alot of kids. I think the Cardinals playmakers, Noonan, Jackson, Higginson and Richardson will all make a few too many plays for the Marshalls to contain...Mayfield 31 Marshall Co 14, with Marshall scoring a late TD against the JV unit to make it look a little more respectable...
