It's raining in Maysville, is it too much to ask for the rain to hit Cincinnati so we get a rain delay and get Coco out of the game?

Technical question. If the runner had been thrown out at 2nd...would that have kept the 1-2-3 inning issue alive?? (for purposes of the hoodie)
