GOREDDEVILS
I thought that nice runback by Kasey Clark put a nail in Henry Countys back tonight.

Play 2 Win
I was very impressed with Henry County. They have some really nice ball players. Number 1 can flat out fly and number 6 had great spped and was a big boy. They had him at OLB (probably because of his speed)...He would be deadly at MLB in a 6-

Red Shift
Russell's offense looked very good tonight. They were able to move the ball at will for the most part. The Devils opened up with a nice drive that, at the time, seemed to set the tone. But Henry battled back and on a long pass play were able to bring the game within a touchdown. Russell put the game away in the second half however, after two key Henry Co. turnovers, and the contest quickly became a route. Josh Wills was a beast tonight on defense - I believe he racked up 12 tackles through the night. I believe Timberlake and Tyler Jones had 10. On the offensive side of things, Russell had nearly 300 yards rushing and around 150 yards passing. (That's balance for Russell!) With the exception of a couple of plays, Russell looked very good. Though they only went into the half with a 17 point lead, Russell appeared to be in control of the ballgame most of the way.

But Henry County battled hard.
