League is 12 teams, and mostly standard scoring. I had 8th pick.

At first glance, solid, not great starting group, and an extremely weak bench. Not knowing what other teams look like, I'd say C-.

Sidney Rice in the 4th round may be a steal. Him and Brett are going to tear it up this year. Romo will be Romo as long as Miles Austin stays. Turner the burner will be back after battling injuries last year. Deangelo will cool off this year but will be a top tier #2 back. Bench is a little suspect, but in a 12 team league, who's isn't.

Still don't get people's love affair with Tony Romo....He's not in my top half of QB options.

Yeah, I didn't do any kind of research or have any gameplan. Just seen that fantasty football had started and figured I'd do a quick draft. Not really pleased with what I ended up with but it's a start. I didn't draft a solid backup QB at all, so that may hurt if something happens to Romo but ah well.

Don't really have a love affair for him but he is a solid QB option. If Austin produces the same way he did last year then Romo will again be solid. With Dez Bryant coming in Romo has more options. Romo has a lot of weapons to throw the ball too; Austin, Williams, Bryant, Witten, Jones, Barber.

He'll also have a handful of games where he just flat out doesn't show up, and another handful of games where he throws multiple picks.

I'd go with the following all before Romo:

Brady

Sanchez

Henne

Palmer

Flacco

Big Ben (not this year due to suspension though)

Manning, P.

Schaub

Rivers

Manning, E.

McNabb

Kolb

Favre

Rodgers

Brees

Ryan

Last year I had Brees and Rodgers at QB in one league and Rivers and Rodgers in the other league. I loved Rodgers from the beginning and it paid huge dividends. Finished in the top two in both of the leagues I participated in last year (winning on of them) and also won the fantasy basketball league this season and leading in baseball by 8 games so far. So any fantasy sports advice I am the person to ask haha.

I think Romo is going to have a big year. Dallas' offense should be really good. I really like your starters. Deangelo and Michael Turner would be solid I'd imagine, Sydney Rice will play well with Favre again, and it's a contract year for Braylon Edwards. Not to mention Romo and Witten's love affair with each other in the passing game.

Wow!!!! Really....? Mark Sanchez?

I'd take Brady, Rodgers, Brees, Manning and Rivers over Romo. That's it. After those 5 it's a crap shoot and the next 6-15 qb's will likely finish within 20 points of one another by the end of the year. I like Romo better than the rest of the pack.

Looking at the 2009 scoring leaders on espn.com, Romo finished 7th overall(ahead of Adrian Peterson) and was the 6th best qb. He finished better than Brady by 4 points and better than Rivers by 9. Schaub finished better than Romo by 2 and Farve by 7. Brees was better by 13 and Manning by 5. Only Rodgers created space between him and Romo and he beat Romo by 60. I am not a Cowboy fan nor am I a huge Romo fan but based on the numbers after Aaron Rodgers and Brees, he's worthy of selection.

True, and we have to keep in mind we are talking about Fantasy football and not trying to build a Super Bowl Champion. If I had a real team there are alot of QB's I'd take over Romo, but for this year I don't see how he isn't a great option at QB for a fantasy league owner. He has alot of talent around him and he's going to put up some numbers compared to the 60 QB's that were ranked in front of him. I can't stand Romo but I have to think he's going to be at least a top 7-8 fantasy QB this year if not top 5.

For a 12 team league, I like your team a lot. You got 2 number 1 rb's, 2 number 1 wr's, top 6-7 qb, and one of the 5 great tight ends in the league with another good tight end backing him up. Except for Bradford(at least you waited until round 15, though...no harm no foul) I like your bench. They are only needed for bye weeks and unless the tie breaker is bench points the bench doesn't matter too much. Waiver wire Tuesdays are what matters if your bench is ultimately weak. I like your squad. I gave it above average. Get you a waiver wire steal early in the season and you could end up with a top tier team.

Well then I'd never want you running my fantasy team. Look at his stats and QB comparison and come back and tell me he's not a top half QB.

I'm guessing you've never won a fantasy league.

Sanchez, Henne, Palmer, Flacco, Roethlisberger, Eli, Kolb, and Ryan before Romo? Get a clue..
