It was the right place 4 days before the other job opened up. Give the guy a break. If one you parents were offered a better paying job you would probably take it too. Henry Co. will probably do better with Mr. Johnson because he has been with them for a long time. You will be fine.

 

I think things may work out better this way as well. A blessing in disguise.

Hands down a better man in stature and character in LB than the other guy...already forgot his name!!

Henry County hired a local guy last name Johnson. Has been on staff there a few years he is a para-pro.

 

Coach Lyndon Johnson. I received an e-mail from him this weekend.

Henry County should come back strong this year, we have several all district players returning with virtualy no coaching change. This may be the smartest bunch of kids football wise I've ever seen at HC and Coach J has been with most of them since they started in youth league. I'm looking foward to a huge season for the Wildcats.

We did some passing with them today. I REALLY liked the way their receivers ran their routes and the QB was VERY accurate. Haven't seemed to miss a beat from Coach E's teams. Coach J (weird to say that) and his staff will get it going up there.

Camp starts Monday, the Friday night lights aren't far off now.

I heard the Mgness has come back full strength so I look for this HC squad to be tough. I know a lot of the players and they are extremely hard working. I also know coach Johnson and I think he will keep this team at the same level coach Engstrand has put them at.
